                                                 WHAT??!

Now before all my ballers and basketball enthusiasts X out this page.. I thought so too. I really needed a rim for all my training and as a former player now turned  skill trainer, I could not imagine basketball without a hoop, but I have learned that not having access to a  hoop didn't STOP me from becoming a better SKILLED trainer or player, it only enhanced my SKILLS.  HUH?  Let me explain briefly, due to Covid-19 we were all forced to same indoors and limit contact and practice social distancing for the last 10 months...ahhhhhhhhhh... I know! it forced us away from the game that we all LOVE, even indoor training felt awkward with only 12 people, 2 to a basket, NO PASSING drills and the coaches standing center court yelling out directions, under a surgical mask...yeesh right.

How was I suppose to stay in shape?

 The gym was my second home, no runs, no teamwork, no hooping, it felt like a nightmare! How was I going to prevent the COVID-BELLY.?

You know what I mean, I needed to stay in shape, but after burning through all my fitness DVD's I realized something, regular fitness got BORING and just by adding a BASKETBALL TO FITNESS , made it way more fun than regular pushups, squats etc...TADA...SKILLS AND STRENGTH VIDEO SERIES WAS BORN.
